This Privacy Policy describes how ReelWise: Video Upsell & Bar ("the App") collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

1. Information We Collect

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

• Shop Information: Shop domain, email, and country (to provide the service and support).
• Product Data: Product titles, IDs, prices, and images (to sync your video campaigns with your catalog).
• Cart Data (Storefront): When a customer visits your store, the App processes cart total values to calculate the "Free Shipping Gap". This happens dynamically and is not stored permanently on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information we collect from you and your customers in order to provide the Service and to operate the App. Specifically to:

• Display video widgets on your storefront.
• Calculate remaining amount for free shipping thresholds.
• Save your configuration settings (e.g., color preferences, active campaigns).

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We only share Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example:

• Shopify: To power your store and process billing.
• Fly.io / AWS: For hosting the application infrastructure.

4. Data Retention

We maintain your Shop Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information or uninstall the App. Upon uninstallation, your configuration data is automatically scheduled for deletion.
